Artist Agreement
By joining as an Independent Artist on Blue Collar Television, you agree to the following:
- You are solely responsible for all content you upload to your artist page.
- You own or have proper licenses for all music, images, and other media you upload.
- Blue Collar Television is not responsible or liable for any transactions, charging, or payment arrangements you make with your fans or listeners independent of this platform.
- Any charging fees or payment collection you set up for your music are entirely your own responsibility and are completely separate from Blue Collar Television.
- Blue Collar Television is not liable for any failure to deliver, payment disputes, or any other financial matters between you and your audience.
- Your annual joining fee ($120/year) is for page hosting and promotion only and does not entitle Blue Collar Television to any revenue from your independent sales.
